Growth & Product Marketing Lead
Help developers adopt JarvisLabs, with an early focus on models as an API. Own positioning, launches and growth experiments through repeat use.
Apply via build@jarvislabs.aiFull-time · Bengaluru · Hybrid
JarvisLabs needs someone who can help developers and AI teams understand where our GPU and model deployment products fit, try them successfully, and become returning customers.
You will own the work from customer research through messaging, campaign execution and results. You’ll work directly with the founder and engineering team, use the product, create the assets and decide what to try next as you learn.
Product Focus
An early marketing priority is models as an API: helping developers use models in their applications through API calls without managing the underlying GPU infrastructure. You’ll use the product yourself, identify the developers and use cases it serves, and turn that understanding into positioning, launches and campaigns that lead to successful API calls and repeat use.
You’ll also work across GPU containers and VMs, and model deployment products. Explain when each product fits a customer’s needs and use evidence from customers to decide where to focus.
What You Will Own
- Choose a customer segment and learn what people are trying to build, what gets in their way and how they choose infrastructure.
- Turn that research into positioning, landing pages, product launches and customer stories.
- Test acquisition channels such as search, technical content, creator partnerships, communities and targeted campaigns. Decide where to focus based on evidence.
- Work with our technical content and engineering colleagues to explain the product accurately.
- Track the journey from discovery to a first successful API call or GPU workload, first payment and repeat use. Use those findings to improve campaigns and onboarding.
- Use AI tools and automation to speed up research, production and analysis while checking the accuracy of what goes out.
What We Are Looking For
- Evidence that you have personally taken a campaign, launch or growth experiment from an idea to customer outcomes. Explain what you created, decided and learned.
- Strong writing and customer judgment: you can make a technical product understandable and identify who benefits from it.
- Comfort with product analytics, campaign costs and conversion data. You can explain both a result and the limits of its attribution.
- Initiative in an open-ended role: you identify a useful problem, make progress and involve the right people.
- Willingness to learn the product by using it and working through questions with engineering.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and automation to deliver real work. You can explain your workflow, what you personally created, what you changed or rejected, and how you checked the result.
Strong Pluses
- Experience with B2B software, developer tools, cloud products or customer marketing.
- Building growth at a small company, agency or independent business where you owned execution and results.
- Launching technical products, publishing useful comparisons or working with technical educators.
- Building lightweight tools or workflows that improve research, campaigns or measurement.
Previous AI-company experience is useful, but isn’t required. We care about the work you can show and your ability to learn.
How We Work
We’re a small technical team with a flat hierarchy. You’ll own problems through delivery, document what you learn and use customer feedback to change direction. You’ll use AI tools and automation to research, create, analyse and ship. This is a hands-on role: you should be able to make progress and deliver with the tools available without first hiring a team or handing execution to an agency. You own the finished output—its accuracy, usefulness and quality. Generic AI-generated content that adds no customer insight or product understanding does not meet the bar.
Early progress means a focused audience for models as an API, campaigns that are live, measurement from discovery through API usage, and a clear decision about what deserves more investment. The outcome is more relevant customers successfully using JarvisLabs and returning to it.
