GTM Systems Engineer

Jarvis Labs needs an AI-native go-to-market system, not a traditional sales motion copied from old playbooks. Today we do not have enough CRM discipline, customer intelligence, product usage analysis, proactive sales, or automated SDR workflows. We want someone who can build that machine.

This role is for a hands-on founder/operator type who can use code, AI tools, data, automation, and customer empathy to create a high-quality GTM system. Talking manually does not scale, but the system must be grounded in real customer understanding. The job is to build leverage without becoming a spam engine.

What You Will Own

  • Build the CRM and customer intelligence foundation for Jarvis Labs.
  • Connect data from existing Jarvis Labs users, website behavior, product usage, public internet sources, company lists, and relevant E2E context.
  • Build systems for lead discovery, enrichment, segmentation, prioritization, and similar-customer discovery.
  • Create AI-assisted workflows for account research, personalization, outreach generation, follow-up, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Build dashboards and alerts that show which customer segments, campaigns, signals, and messages are working.
  • Design automated SDR workflows that are high quality, technically credible, and respectful of customers.
  • Run experiments across outbound, product-led growth, website conversion, technical campaigns, and customer reactivation.
  • Manually inspect early customer conversations and outcomes so automation is calibrated to reality.
  • Work closely with FDEs and platform engineers to turn customer patterns into better messaging, better products, and better targeting.

What We Are Looking For

  • A hands-on builder who can write code with AI tools like Claude Code or Codex and still own correctness.
  • Enough JavaScript, Python, API, database, scraping, automation, and integration ability to build real internal systems.
  • Strong customer empathy and business judgment.
  • High agency and founder-like ownership: you figure out what needs to be done without waiting for a playbook.
  • Comfort with messy data, public internet research, product analytics, CRM workflows, email systems, and experimentation.
  • Strong taste: you know the difference between personalized, useful outreach and low-quality spam.

Strong Pluses

  • Founder or early startup operator experience, especially in B2B, devtools, AI, cloud, product, or SaaS.
  • Experience building GTM automations, enrichment systems, outbound systems, growth experiments, or revenue dashboards.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Customer.io, Segment, PostHog, BigQuery, ClickHouse, or similar tools.
  • Ability to ship internal tools, scripts, data pipelines, and lightweight apps quickly.
  • Understanding of AI product customers, developers, ML teams, or GPU/cloud buyers.

This Role Is Not For You If

  • You want a traditional SDR, AE, marketer, or RevOps-only role.
  • You only want to configure SaaS tools and avoid building systems.
  • You want automation without customer understanding.
  • You optimize for volume over quality.
  • You cannot review, debug, and own code produced with AI tools.
