We care less about pedigree and years of experience than whether you have owned hard problems end to end. Serious work can take many forms: relevant open source, research papers, shipped systems, hard ML or deep learning projects, benchmarks, technical writing, customer-facing products, or independent work that shows unusual agency.

• What problem area interests you: inference, training, forward deployed engineering, GTM systems, or something else?
• What can you contribute in the first 90 days?
• Share 2-3 proof links: GitHub, open source work, papers, writing, shipped systems, benchmarks, demos, or products.
• Attach a CV if useful, but do not send only a CV.
